Just got these at a goodwill and having trouble identifying model, age and specs. Any help greatly appreciated.

in re: specs -- this is the best I can do at the moment, pasted up from the October 1978 Audio annual hifi component directory issue.

Very nice little loudspeakers, although not quite on par with the larger and more expensive Monitor 7 series.

Polk Monitor 5. The serial label indicates the model number.

Thanks, any idea on year or where to find specs for them.

Early Monitor 5, with Peerless silk dome.
First magazine ad I found for the Monitor 5 was in Audio, August 1978.

Pull your woofers & maybe they are marked on the label... My advice to you is, you should put glue around each side of the magnets on the woofers. To prevent shifting of the magnet. Nice speakers. Welcome to forum..
