Ya I'm still hosed and it sucks!

I went through everything I could think in Tools/Internet Options
with security, cookies and even stuff I'm clueles about. I just don't understand how a hot key can be disabled...

is the error from IE or a network pop up error

It looks either a SAV (symantic anti virus) or a firewall setting from your new computer. It looks like they changed the security settings with the new comp..if this is the case you might need to call the network admin and request a ticket to have it changed (most companies restict you from changing these by yourself). Also try to clear the internet hist and cookies and see if that works, but most likely it is a network error because I can click the last forum link with no problem on my comp.

    Hope this helps

I'll check back later when I get back to see if you worked it out

I can't figure this out. I know its not a Polk thing because it happens to me on other message boards. All links work except for that last arrow...

    What a pain!
