With speaker outputs to power small bookies. Have you tried any? Maybe several? Have any impressed you?
Something like the Marantz HD-DAC1 but for speakers instead of headphones.

I had a Teac for about 5 years. Really liked it until it started to have a buzz in both channels. Had it looked at and the tech said it needed a recap. Surprised me since it was built in 2013.
I then started to look for something to replace it. Searched for a new Teac but they are not very available in the US. That is when I went the vintage Pioneer route.

Covid brain fog brah.... -
A legit review wouldn't be feasible I think. It's a whole new room, went from "regular" to nearfield, different cables, different source, etc I have no way of knowing what changes were due to what. I can say it still sounds very good to me and I'm happy with the NAD.afterburnt wrote: »They didn't speak a word of English, they were from South Carolina.

Would it be possible for the Teac to do 3.1??
I'm kinda thinking high level speaker signal from Teac to Sub >> to Front Left & Right and subwoofer output on the TEAC to a CENTER channel ???
DOABLE??

It wouldn't be a dedicated center channel feed like an AVR, but I believe the sub out is full frequency. However, you should check if it is.Political Correctness'.........defined

One gripe. I wish it didn't have a capacitive power button (I think that's what it's called). It's a little picky & seems like something that might stop working long term. Just give me real buttons.afterburnt wrote: »They didn't speak a word of English, they were from South Carolina.
