Is there a way to 'remove bookmarks' in Vanilla?

I have, like, 3.5k threads "bookmarked"; so many bookmarks are useless.
Is there a way to remove bookmarks for threads?
How do they get bookmarked in the first place? Is it just a thread that's replied to?
Thanks in advance!

The gold star to the right
Thanks! I was looking for something like that... but I will have to look... again.

They might have changed it... Used to be where I accidently bookmarked it because it was near where your thumb naturally scrolls on a phone but I see they moved it- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

hmm... OK, but the problem is most of the ones that are bookmarked are old, not sure how I would ever find them in a 'recent threads' kind of display like that.

Thanks again, I do appreciate it!
Unfortunately, I don't see those via Chrome on a Wintel lappie.

I do see them if I use, e.g., "Recent Discussions", though.

A-HA!
They don't show up, nor do they just seem to be there, but invisible, on the "My Bookmarks" page... but they are present, although invisible, at the top of a (any?) page of a bookmarked thread.
a little mousing around reveals the flag and it can - apparently - be unclicked. They become visible when unclicked (as in the screenshot above). Good ol' Vanilla.
Looks like one at a time is the only way I can do it, but it's better than nothing!
Tomorrow's s'posed to be a rainy day...
In seriousnes, thanks @VR3 for the info!

I believe you need to zoom out more- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

SUCCESS! THEY ARE THERE on "MY BOOKMARKS"... just (absolutely) invisible until clicked on (i.e., inactivated) and the cursor is moved to another entry and clicked.

Awesome!
This design is incredibly Intuitive so I suspect you won't have anymore issues going forwards...

Wow. Like the Witness Protection Program!
I'd go for it, but something tells me that the first time I used some italics, my past would be an open book.
