Klipsch -- Is this a good deal...?

I found someone selling Klipsch KG 5.5 speakers for $500/pair. Is this a good deal...? I cant seem to find what these sold for way back when. I know that they stopped selling them in 1997.
Can anyone help me out..?

They sold for $1000 new, I have average used of $510 ...
If you are not familiar with Klipsch I strongly suggest you get a listen of them before buying to see if you like them. -
They have been running 400 - 500 on ebay. They are brighter then the polk line. I like the 5.5s. These are a 2 way design. They do not have a horn midrange like the speakers that klipsch are famous for, therefore they do nbot have the classic klipsch sound and are not as bright as their Hertage line.
If you have not been a fan or listened to many you need to demo them to see if you like their sound.
