Connecting Command Bar via HDMI arc not working

Hi. I've connected my Command Bar via HDMI arc and it doesn't appear to be working. I managed to get sound out of it but now that's gone off and nothing is responding.
Tried to set up using the app but it won't enter set up mode!
Connected to spdif and sound is coming through but remote is completely unresponsive as is the unit itself.

The best place to begin would be: 1-800-377-7655 and follow the prompts for soundbar assistance.

Prueba a darle al botón que hay en la parte superior izquierda del mando de tu barra de sonido (al lado del de bluetooth), así lo conectas manualmente, a mi me pasaba lo mismo que a tí y así lo he solucionado. Un saludo
