Prolly a ridiculous question but would there but a significant improvement from rtia7’s to the new r600’s? Equipment is an Auralic femto to an NAD M51 to Parasound 2200ii. Clearly the weakest link has been my speakers for a long time I believe anyhow. Thank u…

I haven't heard any of the Reserve series, but have heard a number of the Legend series of which the Reserve is based. I'm also very familiar with the RTiA series. Therefore, since you are looking for music only speakers I feel confident in saying the Reserve speakers will be a noticeable improvement.

Yea I’m in the same boat. The RTi series just wasn’t good for music; legend l200s are very good but priced a bit high. Reserve looks like the sweet spot! For $200 extra a piece, I'd seriously take a look at the R700 since you already have the amp to drive them. The R600 relies on what are essentially two mid-woofer drivers to produce midrange and bass. The R700 goes to dual 8" woofers and a dedicated midrange driver. The R600 may or may not have a smoother integration of the drivers than the R700 but with less bass energy.
If you can't get ears on to compare, may be a good idea to wait for a review from someone who's experienced both in person.
