Some background; my Mom & Dad passed away in Apr 2017, about 2 weeks apart from each other. They are buried at Jefferson Barracks, in Saint Louis as my Dad was a Korean War veteran Marine.
When we were kids, my Dad didn't make much money. During the Christmas season, my Dad would buy 2 throw-away trees on the tree lot, because that was all we could afford. Being a guy who worked in the trades, my Dad was good with his hands. We would bring the 2 trees home, Dad would cut the good limbs off of one, and use a drill in the "good" tree to make holes and add limbs from the worse tree. When Dad was done, it looked GREAT.
Thanks Dad. Thanks for making EVERYTHING better so that we never realized we didn't have money. I Love you.
