Command Bar subwoofer not connecting.

I have a new Polk Audio Command Bar and the subwoofer wont pair I have tried everything.
I really like it.
HELP!!!!!

Hi I also have a subwoofer that won’t pair to my command bar with Alexa
The subwoofer will connect to my other command bar so I know the subwoofer isn’t the problem

I re read the original instructions.. holding the 3 rd button and the 2nd ( blue tooth ) button for 3 seconds. Then the sync button on subwoofer... started working again
