Sound bar not powering on.

My polk sound bar is not operating. It will not turn on and everything is hooked up properly. Tested power cord it has power. I have had this for just a little over a year. I called polk customer service and they said they would be sending me an email for assistance in replacing. It has been 5 days and no email. I was promised same day email. This is terrible support and only getting a year out of this unit for the cost is absurd. I will most definitely discourage anyone from polk products due to poor customer service and poor product life. Upset and very disappointed customer.
