I am selling my Technics SL 5310 turntable with original owners manual.. The 5310 is the dark version of the SL 5300 and fairly rare. This has been my main table for several years and has performed flawlessly and is in excellent condition both cosmetically and operationally. There are a few scuffs on the dust cover but of it looks great overall . (plastic polish works but have not done it in a long time)
The unit is a 1979 model and is fully automatic but can be used as semi auto and manual.and right at the time when they were switching over to Quartz lock so it has a lot of option that ended with future cheap models like turning the Quartz off and using the pitch controls, repeat, a lamp, and a mute feature which I love as dead quiet until the music starts. Many things are adjustable including the mute drop and lift out and so on. This has the heavy TNC base for shock absorption and so on. A pair of gold RCA jacks was added years ago for your IC changing pleasure . Yes they are not even Don't ask.
I have observed these selling all over the map price wise (some over $400) bur pretty sure you would not find a nicer one. I can also throw in a Audio Technica AT 70 cartridge if you need one I think $295 is pretty fair considering it is plus and play and in great shape but we shall see.thanks
