To use the Polk Magnifimini,I have to reset the volume and mode every time.

I use Polk Magnifi mini on Sony TV. All settings are initialized when power is turned on/off or sleep mode is turned off. For example, the volume is minimized and night mode is turned off. So I have to reset the volume and mode every time.

Hello,
One thing to check is that the sounder's AC isn't being switched off when you are through watching TV. The bar needs constant power to retain settings.
