S15s as height channels. Need speaker mounts with sufficient tilt

I need some help. With some bookshelf mounts for a dolby atmos application.

My wife accidentally ordered a 2nd set of tower speakers. (YAY ME) So now I'm considering moving from a 7.1 with two towers and 4 bookshelves to a 5.1.4 set-up. With 4 towers and 4 bookshelves.

For height channels I have four Polk S15s. (13 Pounds) My problem is they only have a keyhole mount. so for as use as height channels I'm stuck with them pretty much upright sending out sound horizontally.

I was thinking of running them as front and rear heights. Basically wall mounting them as high up as possible, then angling them down... But I can't find anything that...Is in stock, Does that with a keyhole mount, can support the weight, and will also let me position them the way I want... Ideas? (need at least 30 degrees tilt to get the tweeter positioned my way)

Until I can get this figured out I have it configured as a 7.1.2 setup with front heights.
CONFIG: S55 L/R, S35 Center, S50 Side Surrounds, S15 Surround Backs, S15 Front Height

Rockville mounts barely fit my S20's, but the S15's would bu no problem. They're rated for 50 lbs, mut they're mounted in concrete so they're not going anywhere. I can hang from them, they are solid.
