PSW110/PSW125 buzzing noise

I'm new to the forum, but it seems there is an issue with the Polk PSW110/125 Subwoofer. I get a constant buzzing noise and nothing else from the subwoofer and have tried to troubleshooter by swapping of the cord and changing the setting. A few minutes after plugging the power back in, it starts the buzzing noise again. After reading the post wondering what's the best option. It seems that it might be the 400V 150uf capacitor, but have not been able to find an exact match. Also, wondering how difficult it is to replace the capacitor or would it be better to try to fine a new board, or a new subwoofer. I like Polk a lot, but wondering if its the right option. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Dan,
How long have you owned the sub? -
I bought it in 2013.

In that case you are outside the three year warranty, send an email to: kim.jasper@soundunited.com he can fill you in on options available. It might take a day or so to get a response.

I replaced the capacitor and the noise is gone, but there is no sound.
Maybe I'll try a new board before giving up on it. Thoughts.
