Why does Polk Audio customer service suck so bad??

I have been trying to reach someone to get the feet on my RTIa's replaced because two of them broke off. I have called a total of 6 times and each time I had to wait over an hour on the phone. 4 of the 6 times I just hung up because I feel waiting over an hour is ridiculous. The first time I talked to some we got disconnected, no call back from the agent even though he asked for my callback information at the beginning of the call??? The second time I talked to someone they said they were going to send me an email confirming that they were sending them to me. I never got any email or any confirmation.
Polk Audio needs to take a close look at their customer service, I think the founders or owners would be upset at how poor your service is. I have to say this is probably the worst service I have ever had.
I still need the parts and have been on hold right now for over an hour with no one answering the phone. If you do not have good customer service your customers WILL GO AWAY!!!

Your story is not an abomination. Sad to say that Polks customer service is a far cry from the stellar reputation that it once held.
