    Wow, you weren't kidding. I can't find that anywhere.
    I tried Discogs, various Ebays and Amazons. Nothing.
    I even tried translating to Japanese, and then searching and translating the pages back to English. It seems to be out of stock/unavailable everywhere.

    The only thing I found was various YouTube recordings. I wonder if those posters have a copy of the disc. Might be worth trying to contact them if nothing else turns up.
