PSW505 No Power Light But Some Sound

I purchased a PSW505 a few weeks ago used, and for the price I got it for I thought it would be well worth it. Plugged it in, the power light does not turn on, but there is a rhythmic thump every second or so. I get no response from any of the inputs, and the only thing that stops the thumping is if I turn off the board. I checked the fuse and it's good. I also tried different outlets, and still nothing. I'm guessing it's a toasted amp, but what component of the amp would likely be the culprit for this?
