RTi10 Binding Post Caps
Greetings,
My dad gave me his Polk RTi10 floor speakers with the dual binding posts. Out of the 4 pairs of caps, I am missing 3 pairs. It is Polk part number RF0783-1. I have spent over an hour on hold with Polk technical support and it turns out they are no longer stocked at Polk and the best they can do is let me know their part number which doesn't seem to translate to anything outside of Polk. Seems like these caps shouldn't be that hard to track down, but I am not having much luck. Does anyone have a link to actual caps by chance?

Parts Express sells similar dirt cheap low quality binding posts. You have to buy entire posts, no one sells just the nuts.Political Correctness'.........defined

But these and steal their caps
Them sell them for slightly less with less caps

I ordered 3x pairs from this website. Hoping they fit well. I appreciate the links. I will try the ebay path if these dont work.

FWIW, one speaker is lacking all nuts/caps so I am only getting the highs when I plug in via banana plugs.

Changing the posts are easy, take a screw driver, remove board.
Take plyers, remove nuts from the bolts holding the post, disconnect the eye bolt connector, remove the post, install new, reverse first steps.
Don't even need to solder. Just need a philips and a set of plyers- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.
