I recently purchased a set of SDA SRS 2.3 speakers that have several Polk replacement speakers installed that did not have the screw notches...and the previous owner mounted them without making allowances for the screws, thus twisting the Butyl surrounds at every screw location.
I have been able to salvage some of them, but a few have tears. My "fix" was to use surround adhesive which is Ok, but is temporary while I source replacements. I have checked eBay, but would rather buy from a member on here.
So, if any of you have some in your inventory you are willing to part with, please let me know.

If nobody replies, I would recommend doing a 'Saved Search' on Ebay, these drivers come up for sale every so often.

Yeah Mike, I have done that as well. Looks like some sellers are just parting out some old speakers. Maybe the cabinets are toast.
