    I haven't ever seen him, but I did buy something from him and he emailed me with a better deal that was more expensive but way better. The speaker cables I bought from him we're demo's and they were half price but not listed on his site.

    Sometimes it's actually good to give Doug a call to go over stuff. I think some of my email gets "bulked" at times, and I've had some go unanswered. He's a small shop and I chalk it up to either get moved to spam, or knowingly ignored. I'm not offended by either.

    Don't you guys find that email and txt can just be so tedious sometimes? Doug's a really personable guy, and you'll enjoy the phone call.

    A phone call might be the answer, although when I ordered some speaker cable he emailed me back right away because of a problem with the spade connector's, then he offered me a sweet deal on some furutech alpha speaker cables.

    I always just give him a call. He always answers or gets right back. You won’t find a better person to work with!!!
