LSi7's for $200 from Fry's Phoenix

I have 4 pair on hold (picking up in a bit) at a Fry's in Phoenix, but they won't match the Dallas rate of $148 because it's not a competing market yadda yadda.....

The price is $199.95 + tax = $216ish + shipping and whatever else you wanna throw in there.....;)

Max and John D. Strong have claimed 2, so that leaves another 2 available........

EDIT: Forgot to mention here.......they are Ebony......none of the Cherry avail.......

    I'll take both pair if I can get both...or just 1 if that's all and nobody else minds :) I'd like a pair and my brother is looking for a set of Polks after hearing my LSis. I'm selling my LSi15s and LSiC because I'm moving but these would be great!

    If someone needs them more than we do that's totally fine.

    Heck, I bet my parents could pick them up. They just bought a house in Prescott Valley :) I'm in Ohio so not sure how much shipping would run. If there are two boxes you could probably packing tape the crap out of them so they're shipped as "one" :)

    Even at $200 I hear that's nothing to snooze at I just don't know how they (Fry's) does all those great deals all the time lately.

    Gah, I feel like an idiot for jumping the gun. Now that I sit here and think about it for a minute I won't have any immediate use for the LSi7s and my brother doesn't have the funds right now. Take my name off the list and let someone else enjoy your generosity.

    I live in Columbus, OH (dead center) but I frequent Youngstown/Warren usually once a month to visit my parents and relatives.

    As far as the LSi15s and LSiC go I still don't know what I want for them. I have a post a few down from this one about them. Retail they're over $2300 and they're basically brand new. You guys tell me what you think is fair. I know I have the invoice from Polk around here somewhere but can't find it :( I'll have to search once I get some free time.

    EDIT: Just pulled up West Middlesex PA on Yahoo maps because I knew it sounded familiar. You're probably 45-50 minutes from where I grew up. We used to hit up Quaker Steak and Lube every Tuesday night for All You Can Eat Wings night :) My Dad grew up in Brookfield which is pretty close to you as well.

    This is what a community is all about. When you think of all the effort it takes to go and buy a boatload of speakers for your friends and take all the chances that go along with it, not to mention all the shipping hassle! Brett, I have to hand you (and some others in the other thread) the "Polk Audio Forum Community Award". Sorry, there is not plaque to go with the honor but maybe I can get someone to make one up. :)

    My god! The Polk suggested retail price on these things are $400 EACH. Crutchfield wants $700 a pair. Damn right I'm snatching up a pair!

    Next time your in town give me a call 724-528-0924 we could meet for lunch somewhere. I use to go to QS&L from time to time for drinks, got alittle expensive though. Brookfield is not far just accross the line (10 min) from my house. My dad retired from Copperweld Steel (Warren, Oh) before taking a job in Saudi Arabia for 12yrs he was an Ind. Engeneer.

    Will do, Dave. Although I don't think we plan on visiting anytime in the near future. My parents are coming down in 3 weeks with their dog for us to watch while they fly out to Arizona for a week. Next time we do go up if I have some free time I'll give you a call :)

    Might be a good idea to fire them up just to make sure they work. I've bought new stuff before that didn't work out of the box. Better to find out before we pay shipping. :)
