Setup my subwoofer

in Basic Hookup/Wiring Questions
Hi, I have this av receiver onkyo tx-ds787 and I don't know how to set it up with my Polk subwoofer pws650. Please my son birthday is coming and my wife wants some music that day. I appreciate it if someone can help!!!

    Well it looks like if you connect the sub to the sub out on the onkyo, set your speakers to small and sub to “yes,” then below 80hz should go to the sub. Set the volume on the sub to about 25% to start and the crossover all the way up, and see how it sounds...good luck!
