I own the Synology DS 1819+ (8 Bay unit) and recently upgraded to 6-16TB Seagate Iron Wolf Pro drives and couldn't be happier! With an already pretty exensive Digital music Library the drives I was using were getting full so the change more than doubled my storage capicity with 2 remaining empty slots for additional drives should I get real crazy and fill this bad boy up!
About the drives, very quiet as to I can say Silent is a good word! Seagate Pro line drives have great reviews and here's another one! I love em!
This is strictly my Jukebox and will never be used for anything else!
Anyone else here using the Iron Wolf Pro drives??

I am not using any drives in my NAS yet, but I am glad to see this so I have a recommendation to start from. Going to scope out prime day this week to see if there are any savings to be had on NAS drives, but not holding my breath.
