It's definitely hard not to love the good old LSi15s.
Sweet looks, nice sound, compact yet powerful, can be had for cheap and in great condition.
A friend of mine tweaked a pair of my LSi15s for me some three or four years ago and the result has been phenomenal. Sadly I lost all the pictures of what had been done.
I own another pair and this time I decided to try doing it myself. I won't call whatever I'm trying to do here with my speakers tweaking - I'd call it a mere crossover components review. I wonder if the pics below are going to be of use to anyone here, but who knows. The right speaker set has been finished and sounds brilliant. Here are the pictures of the components and fun in progress for the left speaker:
