Dual subs ?

If I chose by amp on the receiver. And use the left and right fronts as normal and run the other set to the 2 subs. Left in speaker level in and right to speaker level in on the right sub. Does that make sense?

yes it does but the bi amp feature will likely cut off way above a sub. like say 3k or 45k or what ever. the sub wants200 or less. so even though the theory is sound it wont work due to the frequency split.
