I have a 6 month old Polk Polk Audio PSW10 10" Powered Subwoofer. Several weeks ago at night, I had a big double thumping through the walls of my house. I tried eliminating air hammering public, and roofing and other house ideas. I recorder that the double thump was coming exactly every 20 minutes. I hear it all night, and into the morning. The turned on my television and the thumping went away. I traced it to the Polk subwoofer and Zvox sound bar. When the power went off, the thumping went away. The Zvox person helped me to eliminate the problem by eliminating codes in the sound bar. I called Polk about their defect in their subwoofer and they could care less. After a few weeks of less than perfect sleep i found the cause. I told Polk that I will shop elsewhere. They declared it as an incident and could care less.
