Will the G12 grill fit properly on a MM2124?

I wanted to know if the grille on the attached image (G12) would fit on this http://www.polkaudio.com/car/product.php?name=mm2124 subwoofer.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Nevermind, I just read the following on the specs...

    "Anti-Resonance Trim Gasket for tight fit with G Series Grilles, removable for over 1/4² of installation flexibility. "

    I also found this picture on the website...
