internet radio troubleshooting--omni app

unsure if I'm posting in the right place or if anyone can help, but...
I'm using the omni app to run audio to six SB1 speakers. when it works, it's great.
there are three internet stations which won't work through the app. I can search for them and they show in the radio list, but if I click to play either nothing happens or I get the message:
the stations work on other devices, but won't work through the app, so I'm unable to stream them. I'm wondering if the link to the stations in the app is broken, but don't know how to troubleshoot that.
can anyone duplicate/help/make suggestions?
thanks in advance.

Hello,
I contacted someone at Polk and received the following:
"Please make sure to download and use the DTS branded Play-Fi going forward as the Omni App is no longer getting updated."
-
hi, Kenneth, thanks much for the answer.
I downloaded the DTS Play-Fi app and updated the speakers. unfortunately, trying to listen to the three above mentioned radio stations, the problem persists. suggestions? -
The response:
"If the stations are still not working after updating the speakers and using the DTS branded Play-Fi App then the customer would need to contact DTS directly about this issue since this looks to be an issue on the Play-Fi platform side."
-
thanks again.
I've sent them an email, will report back if the answer seems to be something that'll help the community. -
not sure this will help others, but in the interest of closing this out:
no reply yet to my email but all three stations are working today (they haven't been for months, so this is new). ymmv.
