Proud Dad Night

So our youngest is a freshman and loves football. This week in practice he was tapped to start at left guard on offense from his normal position of right guard. It was so swampy out there last night in the boondocks of central GA. it was unbelievable. He killed it at guard and then was rotated in at D tackle. Here is what he was up against(he's the short kid in white):

Good job! These are certainly some big boys, is this the Varisty Team?

Great to see some normal stuff again! My kids had their first XC meet Thursday. Everyone not running had to wear masks or get shamed or icy glares.

That's awesome! Starting Lineman for the Varsity Team as a Freshman, you do have a lot to be proud of Dad.
I played Offensive Guard in High School FB as well, a tough position that takes a lot of work.

A good spin move will defeat those offensive giants in the first half and then just wait for them to fall forward when you step aside during the second half.
