Hello Polk folk, parts for my Lsi25’s are tough to come by. My son was kind enough to pop a tweet and two mids. I’ve always treated them kindly, but while away, he did not.
Anyone here have speakers to part with?

There is also a repair service available for the tweeters.

I hope they are not taking a vifa xt25 and swapping the faceplate and sending it back lol

The Speaker Exchange says, "We use your tweeter faceplate and mount a different modified tweeter to it to make a drop in replacement that very closely matches the original."
So, they are not repairing the original.Political Correctness'.........defined

They have to be dropping in the xt25, faceplate swap takes 45 seconds and zero skill- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

It very well could be the crossover resistors are fried.
Swap out the tweeter from the good speaker and see if it works. The resistors are cheap and usually go first. -

The XT25TG30-04 is the tweeter used in the Lsi series, but uses a different face plate.
The actual driver is the same.
I believe the confusion over this came with Polk offering "replacement" tweeters for the lsi line, that were far higher priced than the XT25TG30-04, but it is only the face plate that makes it unique.
Polk used another XT series number to differentiate using a different face plate.

That would be the way to fix it, but could be done by the owner for far less money.
