I like the Rolly Pollys with lemon and Tobasco. I know they're crustaceans not mollusks but they are still crunchy delicious!

Rolly Pollys are armadillo wannabes.
Armadillos are known to carry leprosy, not sure about Rolly Pollys.

They're so much smaller, they can only carry little tiny leprosys.
We called 'em Beach Ball Bugs in the Midatlantic... so, until armadillos were invoked, I actually didn't know what @afterburnt was talking about.
