Polk signa solo buttons are not working

Hi, please need help with this,
Got a polk signa solo, button are not working good, when i press power led blinks, nothing else if Keep pressed volume up and down it makes a connection sound and led start to turn on One by one when I press volume up. I thinks is in demo mode, but when I try to exit won’t works, (exit with the same combo, also try input and volume down but... no luck) remote works ok only if I reset the soundbar, but another issue with that because even if not press power button I assume only input and volume up led blinks I think it makes a hard reset, guide says all led gonna blinks but only green then white blinks shortly and it’s done.
Really appreciate some help!
