Terrible customer service!! Im six months waiting on a simple tweeter replacement

Dear polk
I have been waiting almost six months for a simple tweeter RD2516-1 replacement. I live in Ireland and used Sontech the UK Polk service center.
The first tweeter that Polk sent to Sontech was the wrong one. It took three months to get from the USA to the UK. They reorderd the part nearly three months ago. How in gods name can a part take three months to arrive when it should take three days to arrive.?
I have been a long time supporter of Polk but Polk has shocking disrespect for people that have spent their hard earned money purchasing Polk products.I ordered Polk speakers from amazon USA two weeks ago and it took three days for them to arrive at my front door. I received a pathetic one liner email from Polk saying contact Sontech.Thats just not good enough I am now without a sound system for 6 months .
Can some one please respond to this email with a bit of authority and not a cut and paste response.
