PSW505 New Board - Green Light - No Sound

Hello - I recently submitted a warranty claim on my 2018 PSW505 subwoofer. It was doing the heartbeat thing and had a red light when turned on. Polk sent me a new board really quick, which I greatly appreciated. The customer service turnaround from call to shipment was only about 2 weeks.

Installed the new amp board and now I have a green light on the amplifier board, but unfortunately no sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Joe,
    The only other part is the 12" woofer. Make sure the connecting wires from the amp to the woofer are well attached. If they are I'd suggest try powering the woofer directly with whatever you're using for the main system. Just remove the red and black Polk wires from the woofer's terminals and, at a low volume, try playing the woofer externally. If the woofer works call Polk and explain what you've tried.
