Defective soundbar / incident #

I call CS and was issued an incident number [ 200628-000070 ] for the defective soundbar. I followed the instructions, sent original receipt and serial number, along with two follow up emails. How should I proceed to get a replacement or a credit for another product?

Follow up: Received an automated email that said Polk would send a replacement Solo Sound Bar and that should arrive within 7 to 10 days. I'll update this post at that time.
