PSW505 clicking /popping +red light

Hi - My subwoofer PSW505 randomly stopped switching from standby to on mode. The sub does not turn green even if manually put on the On mode. There is distorted sound (clicking/popping) even if completely disconnected with any inputs.

My PSW125 had a limited 5 year warranty, three year on amp.

I just realized I bought it in 2018 so should be under warranty. I called but the automated system said to call back during business hours which is what I was doing?? I called at 2:30PT which is before 6pm ET

They're probably short staffed. I'd try calling back tomorrow earlier in the day.

I should mention my sub was purchased in 2008, so the warranty time period may have changed since then. If you still have your manual, the warranty info is usually listed on the last page. And you have to purchase from an authorized retailer.
