I FINALLY*** GOT AN XBOX!!!

I got an XBox, Halo, and Unreal Championship II all for 182, with a 30 dollar rebate. So 2 games and a xbox for 150 bucks! Not a bad deal at all!

I just got through playing the first level of Halo, only problem I had was finding my way out of the effin building.

Oh BTW -- The Day After Tommorow, although killer effects...a terrible movie.

    Man, I thought you were going to tell us that you finally got a squeeze box. Trust me, once you get one of those you'll forget all about this Xbox foolishless. :D

    Sid, Now you have to get PS2 and Game cube then stack them!!!

    All kidding aside, Xbox is really cool, I really dig Halo, can't wait for Halo2 to FINALLY get released.

    Of course you HAVE to get it set up in your rig. Playing it with sound is the only way to do it!!!!

    Oh, BTW, Armor All and electronics = NO NO

    wouldnt have it any other way! lol

    and I cant wait for Halo 2 to come out either, September! Oh yeah!

    My only problem with Halo is each mission is like an effin maze...haha

    DD, as in Dolby Digital -- my preamp only sports Pro Logic, so no there.

    XBox live = Monthly fee, so no to that one as well. I am on an incredibly tight budget, especially since my amp didnt sell.

    I have Project Gotham II for XBOX and really dig it. Graphics are awesome. Fun game, too.

    Ok I know that budget's can get real tight. And being in high school makes it even tougher. But dude less than four dollars a month for online gaming is too expensive?

    You are really going to miss the boat when Halo 2 comes out. When Halo 2 is mentioned, XBOX Live is in the next sentence.

    Go get Rainbow Six Three, it comes with two months of free XBox Live, then play some Team Survival. RBST is the best online FPS out there right now. Nothing beats it. And 100,000 people that are playing it cannot be wrong either.

    Well right now...

    I gotta fix my computer, finish my room, save up for a car, gas money, insurance --- LOTS of things on the homefront.

    But alas, I just bought a XBox -- Shows how well I have my priorities worked out!

    Especially right now, since I spend most of my time with my Dad working over the summer -- it would really be a waste.

    We shall see, maybe later on.

    We have 'Halo Parties' around here. Where we get about 16 people, 4 xboxs together and play rocket launcher wars and mess....

    Now that is awesome...

    I like sports games like NFl Blitz -- Untraditional sport games...
