    Yeah 15 years of living in this spot and I've never experienced this amount of fireworks on the 4th. I estimate roughly 50 explosions going off every 3 seconds.

    Same here... seems like everyone is firing off the big mortar-type fireworks this year. All we did was stand outside and we could see fireworks in all directions. Some even being professional show-grade stuff.
