Setting up my Polk Audio 265LS speakers
I will glad if someone can help me.
I have the following setup:
Receiver: Yamaha rx-679 + ypao
Front: Polk 265LS pair
Center: POLK cs...
Rear: Polk RC65i
Sub: Polk PSW110
I have several questions regarding my Polk audio 265 LS in-wall speakers.
I already read your user manual of 265 LS.
1. when do I need to put inside the Port Plug?
2. When should I need to press the button of the Tweeter Switch?
3. When should I need to press the button of the Tweeter Switch?
4. When setting up my system (Yamaha rx-679 + ypao), I have noticed that the Yamaha receiver has recognized my pair 265LS as a "small speakers". Which means, it won't send them lower frequency sounds. The Yamaha auto setup has set the crossover value to 100Hz.
It looks to me strange, I was expected that 265LS will be recognized as "large speakers". and low frequency will be sent to them.
