Bass volume too low at Max

I have a magnifi Max and the subwoofer bass volume seems to be way too low in comparison to the sound coming out of the sound bar. I also have a regular magnifi and a magnifi mini and those play the bass like they should. so I'm wondering if there is another way to increase the bass volume from the subwoofer because the volume coming from my subwoofer is way too low it's playing and gives out a small amount of Base but not much.

Sounds like something's not working correctly. Best to contact Polk at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 for customer support. They'll help straighten things out.

My sub woofer seems very low in relation with my tv volume also.
