Home Depot had a sale of buy 2 of the batteries for the Ryobi cordless products for $99, get an item priced $79 or less for free. Tough decision on what to get, but I already have a drill, saw, reciprocating saw, flashlight, and spotlight, so I went with this little guy.
Not terrible sound and gives me some tunes on the deck by our pond.

That’s why I don’t, I bought all of my current gear based on technical parameters alone, such as specs and measurements."

I guess the fact that I can listen to it while sitting on the toilet in my skinny jeans garners approval from PFB.😂
I know thing is no Hello Kitty, but it’s serving my purposes and I’m glad I chose it over all the other tools...though the little multi-purpose tool was tempting.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden -

Connection to my Walkman. No, seriously, it’s a Sony digital player and they call it a Walkman. Actually bought it here on CP...as if that’s surprising.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden -
Can't justify buying any more batteries just now, as I already have 11.... er, make that 12, as the pump sprayer came with a battery too. *shrugs*So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

I got the same deal and took the circular saw for free. Picked up the brad nailer a week prior to that. Have several other of thier tools and they have all di e well. Even just went to thier 40v trimmer with other attachments. It does better than I expected.

Well, as is usually the case, I spoke too soon. My old blue Ryobi circular saw bit the bullet the other day (my fault, I should know better) so I bought the batteries and got a new 6.5" saw for free. Tough to beat, the 4.0Ah batts/charger/bag are a good deal on their own at $99, the free tool just sweetens the deal. So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

We chipped in and bought the equivalent Dewalt box for work years ago.
Nice to have some tunes while working or tune in Rush on occasion. 😳☺Sal Palooza -
Nice pickup Paul.
I have a Dewalt. Its great. Things is tough as hell. It has been running constantly in my garage for 8'ish years.
I take it around the house while doing projects. And its ability to run on the rechargeable battery and be a battery charger means I am never lacking a charged battery. I have been very happy with it.2 Channel Rosso Fiorentino Volterra II, 2 REL Carbon Limited, Norma Revo IPA-140B, Lumin U2 Mini, VPI Prime w/SoundSmith Zephyr MIMC, Modwright PH 150, Denon DP-59l w/Denon DL-301MKII, WAY Silver 3 Ana+ Speaker Cables, WAY Silver 4+ Interconnect Cables, AudioQuest Niagara 7000 w/Dragon and Hurricane Power Cables
