Monitor 7 Crossover Upgrade

Hi everyone,
New member, long time reader.....Just bought a very nice set of Monitor 7 speakers, and I disassembled them tonight for the anticipated upgrade. The speakers look great, and were built in 1988. These speakers have the SL2000 tweeters, which are being replaced with a set of the RD0194-1 tweeters. The capacitors look a little different than expected; they seem newer than I have seen in pictures. Any thoughts/recommendations? It just may be a newer variant, but the board is stamped Model #7, and the capacitors are stamped KSC.....Thanks!

Cheap caps and resistor. Change 'em and don't forget to replace the poly with a .5 ohm resistor.Political Correctness'.........defined

As long as the original gaskets are not torn there's no reason to replace them. Paper thin is good.Political Correctness'.........defined

Thanks F1nut.... I was thinking KSC are cheap Chinese caps....I am changing caps, resistors, adding hurricane nuts, Dynamat, and new tweeters. Do I need to install new gasket around the speakers before reinstalling? The foam gaskets for the tweeters are great. the other drivers have a very thin gasket-feeling surface on the ring.....Thanks
