No lights on front of Magnifi Mini

Yesterday, I cam down to watch TV and normally the magnifi mini comes on when I turn the TV on. However, it did not and I could get no response from the remote (also no lights on the front of the soundbar). I noticed that the sub was in sync with the soundbar and that I could manipulate the volume, bluetooth, and on and off from the soundbar only. I tried resetting back to factory settings to start over. I still did not have any lights, but bluetooth, wifi, and the soundbar and sub worked fine. Still unable to work with the remote or show lights on the front. Unplugged it and left it sit overnight. Tried connecting everything in the morning and still at the same point. Has anyone seen this and is there a fix? I have never had any issues with this or any of my other Polk equipment until now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It would be best to telephone Polk at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 and have the unit's serial number available when you call.
