Hi Guys,
We want to send a birthday gift to each of two nieces and their mom suggested bike safety lights. Not having made this kind of choice before can someone recommend a few that they have had success with? Somewhere around the $20-$30 each price range.

I think these are USB charging, but for anything requiring batteries, I suggest Amazon's low self discharge rechargeable batteries and basic charger:
