bi-amp with xlr (balanced) inputs

I am currently using RCA interconnects between my pre-amp and amp but want to switch to xlr (balanced). I am running a 5.1 system and using the 2 extra channels on the amp to bi-amp my mains (RTi150).
My question is... what is the best way to do this? The only way I know of would be to split the two front outputs from the pre-amp. I haven't seen any Y xlr cables. Do they make them? Anyone know where to get them? Any reason why I shouldn't split the xlr cables?
Thanks for the help,
Sparky

Guitar Center carries them. From a previous response on the same subject, the person I informaed of this was not able to fond them online. They are available in the store, bought them myself, but you might have to hit a couple of locations. One store I went to had only M to F, whereas the second store only had F to M.

Thanks wlrandall,
I'm afraid that won't work for me since the closest Guitar Center is over 300 miles away. I would need to buy something online.
