CD-ROM's on TV?

I have a bunch of CD-ROM's like National Geographic, Mad Magazine, and Wings. Is there a way to get them to play on TV BDP or otherwise? I am not even sure if they will play on a current PC.

    Are these production discs, or recorded?
    You could see if you can browse in windows or one of your disc players for starters?
    I disabled signatures.

    They are production disc for the most part just images of the pages from the magazines, the Wings has some video and flight sims though.
