New SL200 tweeters

After blowing the SL1000 tweeter that replaced the original, I decided to upgrade to the RDO194, meaning that I had to replace all four on the mint condition SDA 1C’s I picked up a few years ago. I used some of my stimulus check to order four new ones from Midwest Speakers on Wednesday and received them on Friday, installing them yesterday. I push them with my old Carver M-1.5, getting ~400 wpc, and am so happy to have these speakers operating again.
I notice that the SL2000’s are brighter than the original SL1000, but possibly clearer and without the ice pick in the ear. I’ll upgrade the rest of the speakers as needs must.
I also have Dynaco A-35, A-25, Wharfendale D-70, and some US produced metal cased A-10 replicas. I opened up the case, as sure enough Dynaco components! I run all of my speakers in different rooms with different amps/receivers. A day without music is like a day dead.

The 1C's never came with the SL1000.Political Correctness'.........defined
