Amplifier Wall Plug Voltage Requirement Choices...

Hello Forum.... :)
I was doing a search, but, I do not know the proper way to word this question.
I was buying a TUBE Amplifier, and, one of the selections as to choose the Voltage.

100, 110, 115, or, 120 Voltage.

Question
#1: If you live in the USA, what voltage would you select?
#2 : What is the proper terminology, as,
I want to go read about why the 4 choices.
or, can anyone explain to me ( us) :) ?

USA was listed at 120 Voltage on the internet.

Any other " Tips" or reasons to select another voltage?

Thanks for viewing..

The nominal voltage in the United States has gradually risen over the last century or so. It is currently (LOLOLOL) at 120V. My Panamax agrees.

Well, the short - and not particularly helpful - answer is that the output voltages that run the amp will* vary depending on the input voltage. The better matched the 'actual' voltage to the selected input voltage, the closer the output voltages from the power transformer should be to their design values.

    * That said, if there are regulators in the P/S of the amp in question, it may make very little practical difference.
