New to Polk, want to restore my SDA-2s

I've recently purchased a nicely kept pair of SDA-2s ( two tweeters, 3 midrange, one passive radiator). They are in very nice condition and sound wonderful. But, they're thirty plus years old and probably a bit tired. I've read in this forum about replacing the tweeters with RDO-194s and cross over refreshing. I've spoken with Dave (Westmasguy) at DHS Speaker. What about replacing the old midrange drivers? I have a pair of Monitor 10s that one of the drivers had the magnet come off during shipping. I replaced all four midrange drivers with the MW 6503-8 from Midwest Speaker Repair. All of the drivers in the SDA sound like they're functioning correctly, but at their age, should I consider replacing them?

As to the crossovers, I'd like to refresh with more modern components than go wild with upgrades. Thoughts?

Thanks all. This forum is a wealth of experience and knowledge.
