New to Polk, want to restore my SDA-2s

I've recently purchased a nicely kept pair of SDA-2s ( two tweeters, 3 midrange, one passive radiator). They are in very nice condition and sound wonderful. But, they're thirty plus years old and probably a bit tired. I've read in this forum about replacing the tweeters with RDO-194s and cross over refreshing. I've spoken with Dave (Westmasguy) at DHS Speaker. What about replacing the old midrange drivers? I have a pair of Monitor 10s that one of the drivers had the magnet come off during shipping. I replaced all four midrange drivers with the MW 6503-8 from Midwest Speaker Repair. All of the drivers in the SDA sound like they're functioning correctly, but at their age, should I consider replacing them?
As to the crossovers, I'd like to refresh with more modern components than go wild with upgrades. Thoughts?
Thanks all. This forum is a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Focus on the XO, leave the mid drivers alone, swap in the 194s, seal the cabinet, enjoy life.

Glue the magnets, you'll be fine.
The upgrades are the modern components.Political Correctness'.........defined

Good luck finding the rd0194s replacement tweeters for the sl2000s. they are getting tough to find. Polk no longer makes the rd0s. Ebay has none. I believe midwest speaker has 2 in stock. Better get what you can while you can -
Edit that.. polk no longer has them in stock

I found four from a shop in Tampa, FL. They’re on their way now.

Is this the model SDA they say to disconnect 1 of the tweeters in a cabinet ? Is it the out'r tweeter ?..
