Old ID no longer works?

Hello!
Perhaps there was a purge, but my old user ID doesn't work anymore, so I made a new one. Can I get the old one back? Not sure who to ask about this. The old one was just swegyptian.
Any help would be great.

This was an issue some time ago, mostly due to users not having access to older email address associated with their forum account. Alma will help.

I have the same issue, I created my new username because I couldn't reset my password....old username JuanR
A link to reset the password never arrives after a request is generated.
